A custom static website, responsive layouts, hosting, HTTPS, clear page titles and headings, an enquiry route, sitemap and relevant structured information. We check the site on mobile and desktop before launch.
Starter includes 15 minutes and Business includes 30 minutes of small edits per month. Think opening hours, a replacement image or a short text update. Time does not roll over. New pages, new features and redesigns are quoted separately.
The minimum term is 12 months from go-live. After that, the plan continues monthly and can be ended with 30 days’ notice. Setup is paid before the build starts. Early termination arrangements and any remaining charges are set out in the agreement before you commit.
Your domain is registered in your name. After completing the minimum term and settling outstanding charges, the custom site files can be handed over on request. External fonts, images, services and other licensed material retain their own terms.
The build includes the basics needed for a readable, well-organised site. Monthly website care does not include an ongoing SEO campaign, link outreach, regular new articles or guaranteed Google positions. Those need a separate scope.
Domains, paid email mailboxes, premium images, booking subscriptions and other external charges are identified in your quote. No checkout commitment happens here: your written quote confirms the total payable, any applicable taxes and exactly what is included.

No. The allowance covers suitable small edits to existing content. It does not roll over. New pages, larger design changes and additional functionality are quoted separately.
